All we can say is, wow… As many of you know, Baby Einstein has been receiving a lot of heat in the press over what we consider to be a common-sense customer satisfaction policy. However, our fans have remained strong. Just yesterday, we received over 100 comments on our blog and countless @replies on our Twitter feed. It was an absolute outpouring of support. Your testimonials of how Baby Einstein has factored into your family’s lives strengthens us as we move forward. We will go back to our regularly scheduled blog and Twitter programming shortly, but we wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
