I must have this puppet for my baby. He can be in a horrible mood with his teeth and otter cheers him so much. I will find this some way some how. I would be willing to pay out the bum to find someone who will make it for me

Is the blue otter puppet made so that we can buy him? My baby loves him and I would love having this puppet in my house to play with her.
